Launched in 2018 with official partner Atta (African Travel and Tourism Association), Experience Africa is Europe’s first three-day B2B Africa-focused travel tradeshow. The show is attended by suppliers from across Africa, active UK and international buyers, and prominent media figures. Together, this dedicated community work together in the shared goal of promoting African travel.
Until now, the African travel industry has largely been dominated by luxury travel – until we came along! The show represents delegates from a range of company types, price brackets and countries. We also aim to represent everyone who keeps the travel industry alive, from creative journalists to passionate conservation experts, in our ‘Life of Africa’ rooms.
We provide delegates with up to 42 pre-scheduled meetings arranged using our bespoke matchmaking software. But there’s more to Experience Africa than meetings; delegates have plenty of opportunities to make lasting business connections during multiple networking breaks and evening entertainment.
Sustainability is a key focus of Experience Africa as the travel industry is moving towards providing ethical and sustainable experiences. Each year, we improve our sustainability initiatives by reducing waste, supporting charitable organisations and hosting an exciting seminar schedule covering topics such as conservation and responsible travel.
